and powers as provided for in this FIDE Charter, are directly attributed to FIDE.
The number, the composition and the competences of the FIDE organs are
established exclusively by the FIDE Charter. No new organ can be created
    without modifying the FIDE Charter.
16.3 Non-elected Commissions and ad hoc commissions or committees can be

coming before any FIDE body on which has a deliberative voice or vote, the
affected person shall fully disclose the nature of the interest to the relevant body
and withdraw from discussion, lobbying, and voting on the matter. Situations of

16.12 FIDE officials may not simultaneously hold another position within the
organisation that creates a conflict of interest.
16.13 With the exception of the President, when an elected FIDE office becomes vacant

substitute, if possible from among the other members of that FIDE organ.
16.14 When a nominated FIDE office becomes vacant for any reason during the course

following meeting by the competent FIDE organ, General Assembly or Council,
    if previewed.
16.15 Elected FIDE officials can be removed from their position only following a
    19
